Chi kung

Chi kung (or often written Qi gong) extends back more than 4000 years. It is a practice of aligning the breath, movement and awareness for exercise, healing and martial art training. Tai chi and Kung fu have their origins in Chi kung. 

Chi is a form of living energy. Kung refers to the discipline of work, so Chi kung is the practice of working with the living energy of the body to promote health and balance. 

Classes are run every Tuesday 7pm in Glenbrook and are 60min ($20). Bookings are essential.

Breath & Body Meditations

Through harnessing the power of breath and body awareness, we can learn to calm the nervous system, focus our awareness and open up the mind to different levels of consciousness.

We live our lifetime in our bodies, yet we often are completely unaware of their internal workings. Learn to feel the different organs and structures of the body in order to help connect the body with the mind. Cultivating a sense of existing as a whole being, brings calm and presence so that we can fully experience life. 

Angela leads a 30min class ($10) on Wednesdays at 8.30pm in Glenbrook. These classes run after the SEG classes. You do not need to attend the SEG class in order to join the meditation class. Bookings are essential.

Self Enquiry Guidance

Through Self Enquiry Guidance, Angela enables people to become the master of their own thought patterns and life choices which allows people to become empowered in their life in order to thrive rather than survive. Living is about being present to experience all life has to offer. Topics discussed change weekly and vary (e.g communication, relationships, stress, play, etc). These classes are designed to help foster self expression and investigate the inner world of Self.

Angela leads a 60min class ($50) on Wednesdays at 7pm in Glenbrook. Spaces are limited to 12 people. Bookings are essential.

There is the option to add on the 30min Breath & Body meditation class at 8.30pm ($10) which starts immediately after the SEG class.
