Breath & Body Meditation

Through harnessing the power of breath and body meditation, we can learn to calm the nervous system, focus our awareness and open up the mind to different levels of consciousness.

We live our lifetime in our bodies, yet we are often completely unaware of their internal workings.

Through body awareness techniques, learn to feel the different organs and structures of the body to help connect the body with the mind. We are so much more than just what we see in the mirror!

We often take the breath for granted, yet with knowledge and practice, we can use the breath to access so much more than to merely exist.

Through joining breath and body awareness, we can cultivate a sense of living in the present and existing as a whole being - so that we can fully experience life. 

Group Classes

 Angela teaches weekly Breath and Body Awareness meditation on Wednesdays at 8.30pm. During the classes, you will discover the location and function of different organs and systems of the body and how to recognise when they are functioning well or are under strain. Through learning different breath-work techniques and guided visualisations, you can improve your ability to align the body and mind, to promote calmness and resilience for living in today’s environment. Classes are 30 minutes ($10) and run after the SEG classes, although you do not need to attend the SEG class in order to join the meditation class.
