Private Therapies

Angela offers either 60min for CST or 90min combination sessions.

Private sessions offered include specific CST only sessions, combination of Craniosacral Therapy and Self Enquiry Guidance (SEG) or a combination of Self Enquiry Guidance with a mixture of other modalities (tailored to the individual).

Sessions at the Inner Health clinic in Glenbrook, Auckland are available on:

  • Monday 9am-4.30pm

  • Thursday 12pm - 5.30pm

60 minute CST at a value of $100

90 minute SEG with CST session at a value of $150

90 minute SEG with other modalities session at a value of $150

Group Classes

All classes are offered on a weekly basis. Classes are held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in Glenbrook, Auckland. Please contact Angela on 0274510234 to book a class.
