Self Enquiry Guidance is a form of holistic talk therapy that helps people uncover their unconscious life patterns and beliefs. These limiting self beliefs can result in chronic physical conditions, depressive or anxious thoughts and a reactive manner, which in turn affects people’s relationships and social interactions. Once these limiting patterns become conscious, people then have the power to change their reaction to a response and consciously choose a different outcome- to be fully present, healthy and thrive in life.

Group Classes

Classes in Chi kung, Self Enquiry Guidance (SEG) and Breath & Body Mediation are held weekly during the school terms. These small group classes allow you to learn about how your body feels and how it can serve you so you can achieve a more balanced, calm way of being. Chi kung works on increasing the flow of energy in and through the body, allowing tension and holding patterns to release and promotes general well being. SEG classes support your personal growth and development. Meditation classes let you discover the amazing abilities of your body and how to fully inhabit and feel what is going inside this amazing vessel we call a human body.

About Angela

Angela has over 30 years’ experience in the health field, including qualifications in Medical Science, Immunology, Trauma therapy, Complementary Health, Chi kung, teaching and Craniosacral Therapy.

Women’s Retreats

Soul Adventure retreats for women over the age of 40.

Retreats offer an opportunity for you to come together with other mid-life women to understand where you are now, what you want from the future and how to move in that direction. During these retreats, you will be able to challenge yourself to discover how resilient you are and how much you have grown already through your lifetime.

Retreats vary from day retreats (held in Glenbrook) to 2 and 4 night retreats held throughout Aotearoa.
